I find this Mimi Novic quote so appropriate as I write to you from this Sunday night, on the brink of Thanksgiving week. I like to think of each new email as so much more than just a “subscriber” email. You, Mama, are divinely guided in your role, and the meeting here in this space cultivates a connection for continued gratitude and true sparks of continued inspiration in my life. I am deeply honored that you have made it here.
Honor yourself by stepping into your role as a brilliant Mama artist in your own realm, and believe that connection + gratitude are the energy that sustain us in life.
I took a stunning pic of a rainbow today arched over a green field of tall grass on the side of Halekala as I drove to rainy upcountry Maui after promising my daughter we'd go to the playground. It was blustery and with sideways rain coming in gusts. We were the only ones out there, running around finding the “secret hiding spots” and swinging on the wet swings, but they loved it and this rainbow was such a breath of fresh aloha.
There is so much to be grateful for, and from gratitude we access the true potential of our dreams because we exist in harmony with the world around us. We can welcome in all the abundance waiting to flow into our lives. Sunflowers are my favorite flowers, and I'm endlessly inspired by how they turn their face toward the sun to shine ever brighter. May you also turn your face toward its destiny to shine ever brighter, Mama. Honored to stand in a field of flowers with you any day!
Our pumpkins were Costco purchases this year and then my daughter Camden picked out the smaller pumpkins at the patch to complete our little pumpkin family. I loved looking in the window and seeing the palm trees and pumpkins juxtaposed together (in the 80 degree heat), a beckoning of Maui fall. Wherever you are indulging in Fall and the coming winter, feel my aloha vibes wafting to you this Sunday night.
