My gratitude runs deep

Aloha Mama,

I wanted to take a moment to thank you for being a member of the Mama Mindset™ ohana. I’ve poured my heart + soul into every aspect of this sphere of serving, and it means a lot to have your support.  After all of the Black Friday/extended Black Friday/Cyber Monday emails that are raining into our collective inboxes, it is my sincere intention to show up in yours with a breath of fresh perspective and gratitude for you.  No sales or you left something in your shopping cart reminders (except I will always be selling you on how amazing & magnetic you really are; and that all that you desire in this life is literally waiting to come flowing into your life now, although I'm fairly sure you're already picking up on that vibe ha).

The Journey

When I first started, I dreamt of creating a space that truly made an impact on the lives of other Mamas. For years—I honed my skills, practiced my craft, and committed myself to building this dream from the ground up (even when this dream was but a whisper in my soul), following my calling to serve- first in counseling and hospital social work, then in medical school and eventually as Pediatrician + Sports Medicine Physician, to now stepping out in an authentic and bold new way to create Mama Mindset™.

It was/is a labor of love from the very beginning, but one that aligns with the compass of my heart and the direction I know I was destined to lead in. It was a journey that I would embark upon again if given the chance.  Empowered women empower women.  

I know that having an impact on even one Mama will have meant my efforts are valid, as Mamas truly are the key salve to so many things in this world. And coming behind Mamas to speak life + love into them?  I can think of no greater mission.

I'm Doing This For You

Each follower, subscriber, and Mama who raised their hand (or coffee mug) to cheer for this dream of mine… became a part of the growing tribe that you see today. My gratitude runs deep for the human beings who have rooted for me from day one. You are a part of that ohana.

Mama, you are precisely why I am so committed to the vision I have for Mama Mindset™, to impact 1.7 million Mamas to believe in themselves as deeply as I believe in all Mamas, and to live each and every day into their genius zone.  I desire for all Mamas what I desire for myself: massive prosperity, abundance of joy and peace, radical compassion, and living each day into the dreams uniquely and divinely dropped into each one of us.  

Mama Mindset™ is about coming home to that intuition, your Mamatuition, which is your innate superpower.  Learning to lean in and trust that your future self has been and continues to guide you toward your best and most fulfilled version of yourself will shift the way you show up for yourself and in your relationships in a massively impactful way.  It has done just that for me, and I'm here for it to guide other Mamas in their own transformation in their own timing. 

As the holiday season is coming into full view, and we all could benefit from some extra magic in 2020 #amiright, (P.S. who is Team November for Christmas tree and decorating- totally we got our tree from Home Depot this past Wednesday and actually have it in our front yard this year & I'm all kinds of holiday spirit infused looking at the twinkling lights and our stockings I hung outside yesterday) this year remember to tune into your own desires and to speak your own love languages into your life throughout this season.

A Million Ways, Mahalo (and all da shakas)

Mahalo for supporting my small business. A year ago, knowing I would be creating and running my own business, following this dream I know has been divinely dropped into me, would have rocked my turkey socks off. Being motivated to walk boldly into a new version of my future and that for my family, was made possible by the conviction that I have to empower Mamas, fueled by those I have had the honor to know and serve, both professionally + personally. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to step into my passion and my purpose by uplifting you along your journey. I am so very grateful.  

Yes, it's true Thanksgiving has come and gone, but amidst the plates piled high with your favorite comfort foods, may the nourishment continue as an enduring season to give Thanks, and yet also even more profoundly, to Give.  Mamas are extraordinary at giving to others: sacrificing, multitasking like ninja octopus arm level, although oftentimes giving ourselves the gift of sacred space/oasis time to dream, do something that brings us joy, or even watch a Netflix movie (Christmas movie marathon anyone?!- you bring the candy canes and I'll bring the popcorn!), is the most important rejuvenation your Mama spirit needs this season.  

2020 has asked much of you, and you've risen to the occasion with stellar creativity and endurance and innovation.  Now is the time to turn inward and ask your soul, “What do you need from me today?”  Start small and you will notice immense ripples upon your life.  

Know that if you ever have questions—I’m only an email away and/or all of the other social media portals that connect us today.  I view all of these as life coffee chats, and I'm here for a life landscaping vision board with you, dreaming up all the ways in which you will step into the vibrancy of your spirit and that which truly sets your soul on fire.  Picture a Maui beach walk (or your favorite place of solace), and get quiet to listen to all the ways your heart is already guiding you.
