We're official, Mama
This was from my very first email out to the Mamas who initially signed up for Mama Mindset™ weekly waves, and it will always hold a certain magic for me as I took the sacred plunge into your email inboxes.
This will always be a sacred Sunday in my mind. You have officially joined one of what I hope will be the most uplifting email clubs on the internet—my Mama Mindset ™ ohana list. This picture was taken at sunset recently with me throwing up my 15 month old son into the air. He had so much unbridled joy on his face. As I launch myself up into the unknown with Mama Mindset™ and all that is to come, I sit poised here now with a smile much the same as Cruz's with unbridled joy spreading across my face knowing I'm taking the plunge and splashing into your email box this Sunday morning.
It feels so refreshing + invigorating to be stepping into my passion and purpose to come behind & beside you, Mama, and to desire for you to achieve whatever dreams were divinely dropped into you. You are worthy because you were born. Mahalo for deciding my newsletter/Sunday splashes are worthy of your email inbox, your time, and most importantly that sacred space in your own gorgeous and brilliant Mama mental sphere.
So welcome to the Mama Mindset™ Ohana! I look forward to all of the growth, all of the inspiration, the connection and the threads of authenticity + juicy vulnerability that paves our path forward and allows us to bask in that golden light that fills our soul- our intuition.
I love starting out encounters with patients telling the Mamas, “You are the expert on your own child.” And the posture of validation that washed over her, the ease and flow with which she could gather herself and tell her story- her Mama intuition (her “Mamatuition” as you'll hear me refer to it often) would shine brilliantly and the visit would unfold from there. I love offering the invitation for Mamas to show up in their genius zone in all aspects of life, and that is the true essence + purpose behind Mama Mindset™.
My prayer is that Mama Mindset™ is a space that is full of the good stuff for your Mama soul—videos, blog posts, podcasts (to come), resources, the latest happenings in my corner of aloha & so much more.
